Please contact us here and select Smeg Online Store – Order Support / Amend My Order from the drop down menu and we’ll let you know what the options are.
Please note that we are not able to make certain amendments to your order. These include:
Changing the delivery address
Changing the model or colour of the item(s)
Adding item(s) to your order
Should you need to do any of the above you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Please click here and select Smeg Online Store – Order Support / Cancel My Order from the drop down menu.
