How Our Flexible Finance Works
Getting started with our finance couldn’t be easier – here’s how it all works:
- Add to Your Basket: Add the Smeg product(s) you want to your online shopping basket, such as a range cooker, fridge freezer, or coffee machine.
- Choose our Financing Option at Checkout: Select “Novuna Personal Finance PaybyFinance” when you reach checkout to begin your online application.
- Complete the Short Application: Enter the personal details requested. The form is quick – it only takes a few minutes, and it is completely secure.
- Receive the Decision & Signing Instructions: If your application is approved, you’ll be instructed how to sign the finance agreement, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with full guidance.
- Sign the Agreement: Either electronically sign the agreement or print and sign in both boxes. If you print, post the signed agreement to the address shown on the covering letter.
- Goods Dispatched After Checks: Once the signed agreement is received and a few final checks are completed, we’ll arrange the dispatch of your goods.
