Cookery classes

We run a variety of virtual and in-person cooking events that all the family can enjoy. These range from delicious cookery classes where you will learn how to make, for example, the perfect Italian pizza, to helping you find the right appliance for your home with an 'Experience Smeg' class.

How do I book an appointment?

To view our availability and book an appointment, please use our online booking form. If you experience any issues or need assistance, feel free to call us on 0344 557 9907 and select [option 2] then [option 3] Appointments are scheduled for one hour. If you require additional time, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?

We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure a dedicated sales advisor is available to assist you and can tailor the appointment to your specific needs. Without an appointment, we cannot always guarantee availability, as our team may already be with other clients, or you may be seen by a different member of staff. Booking ahead helps us provide the best possible service during your visit.

Is the showroom open on weekends?

No, our showroom is open weekdays only, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes, we do. Virtual appointments can be arranged via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp, depending on your preference. Please select 'Online' when completing the booking form on our website.

Can I take stock away with me the same day?

Unfortunately, we don’t hold stock on-site. We will place an order for you, and delivery typically takes around 3–5 working days for smaller items.

Do you offer any installation services?

Yes, we can connect the appliances for you. Connection, disconnection and removal services are available at an additional cost, and we’ll provide full pricing details upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

What does an appointment include?

When you book an appointment at our Abingdon showroom, you'll receive a dedicated one-on-one session with one of our experienced sales advisors. This allows you to explore our product range, ask any questions, and discuss the features, functions, and usage of the items you're interested in.

Can I place orders directly with the Abingdon showroom?

Yes, you can. Orders can be placed directly through our showroom team. Once your order details are confirmed, we’ll send you a secure payment link to complete the purchase.

What is the lead time if I place an order?

For items in stock, please allow 3–5 working days for smaller appliances and 5–7 working days for larger appliances. All lead times are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.

Can I return for another appointment if needed?

Yes, of course. You're welcome to book additional appointments. We want to ensure you have all the information you need and feel completely confident before placing your order.

If I have a fault with an appliance, can I make an appointment to discuss it?

Unfortunately no. Appliance faults are handled by our dedicated customer service team. Please visit the customer service portal and log the issue, and if it is deemed faulty by our customer service team, they’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.

If I have an existing appliance but not sure how to use it, can I book an appointment for help?

Yes. You're welcome to book an appointment with our team to go through the appliance and answer any questions. Please visit our booking page to check availability and schedule a time that suits you. When completing our form, please be sure to include the model and the level of support you need. This helps our team prepare and provide the most effective support during your visit.

Can I place an order during my showroom appointment?

Yes, if you’re confident in your choices, you’re welcome to place an order during your appointment. However, we typically follow up with an email afterward to give you time to review everything and ensure you're completely happy before proceeding.
