Protected by an elegant cast iron grill, the HOBD's extraction system allows the entire surface to appear completely seamless - where pans can be moved freely between positions. With Multizone operation the cooking zones can be used as two independent cooking zones or combined into a single zone. Each zone automatically adapts to the size and position of the dishes and is heated only where the pans locate, providing better heat distribution.
Induction cooking allows for precise temperature control. It is faster than gas cooking taking only a little over a minute to boil a pint of water. Another benefit is that any splashes will not burn onto the hob top and are easily wiped clean making it safe and user friendly.
Compact in size, it is equipped with a special AquaProof Engine plus two liquid collectors, ensuring the appliance is simple to clean whilst containing accidental spillages.
